Laser Weldable High Voltage Single Pin Hermetic Receptacle

SRI Hermetics’ laser weldable hermetic high voltage receptacle utilizes an aluminum oxide ceramic and a stainless steel weld flange, instead of the industry standard Kovar. These miniature connectors have an operating voltage of 12 KVDC when mated with the proper plug mate. These subminiature connectors are ideal for high voltage applications where space is a premium such as a TWT (Traveling Wave Tube). Leak rates are less than 1 X 10 -9 cc/sec He at one atmosphere differential pressure and an operating temperature range of -55C to +125 C. These connectors come standard with your choice of a pre-tinned solid pin for board mounting or a receptacle for soldering a lead wire.
